Location information:
A small public open space laid out and dedicated to those from the London district of Streatham who lost their lives in the two World Wars. Central to the site is a splendid memorial, designed by Alfred Toft, which consists of a square column of white stone topped by a life-sized bronze statue of a soldier from the First World War.
The Gardens also contain a civilian memorial which was unveiled in 2006 and is dedicated to all those from or living in Streatham affected by all forms of war and conflict.
Opening Times:
Streatham Memorial Gardens is open to the public 24 hours a day.
