This base consists of 3 parking areas and is located on Somerleyton Road close to the junction with Coldharbour Lane, approximately 0.3 miles to the south east of central Brixton, close to the A23. The surrounding area is a mix of residential, light industrial and commercial use.

This site can accommodate small to medium sized filming unit bases with ease and has the option of on site amenities within the adjacent building which is also available for filming and office use (2-8 Somerleyton Road)
